Born in Lagos, I recall fond memories of food and home cooking from an early age. Inspired by the vibrant colours and his enthusiasm for food, Ainsley Harriott’s influence drew me towards cook for a profession. 

Embracing my roots, I'm a self-taught chef who honed culinary skills through the vibrant flavours of Africa and the diverse culinary landscape of London. My journey expanded across Europe, where I immersed myself in the rich tapestry of dishes, adding depth to my culinary expertise.
